OUT NOW: Grap Luva’s “Neva Done” EP!
It’s been a long time coming but Grap Luva (producer for Pete Rock, Method Man, J Live, INI) has finally released a solo project! Grap’s EP is called “Neva Done” and features a handful of Grap’s SP1200 productions alongside tracks produced by Kev Brown, Damu The Fudgemunk, and Joc Max. As if that wasn’t enough, the audio was mastered by the legendary K-Def and the CD packaging even features artwork by Joe Buck (De La Soul, Nike, Etc). Now if that’s not a dream team of collaborators; please let us know when you find a group of artists contributing to a single release!

Grap Luva AKA The Younger Soul Brother is much more than “Pete Rock’s brother” … Grap is a veteran hip-hop producer & MC who has been selectively releasing songs for well over 15 years. Interestingly, this is his first ever solo release. From his work behind the boards for artists such as Method Man, Marley Marl and J-Live, to his days as a member of respected rap group INI (alongside Rob O); it’s a known fact that Grap can hold his own when it comes to beats and rhymes. This 11 track EP is a true testament to Grap’s career, proving that whether it’s contemporary tracks collaborating with the likes of Kev Brown, Damu The Fudgemunk and Joc Max, or unarchived beats from his SP-1200 vaults, Grap’s work is indeed never done.
